But OP said Today instead of Tomorrow, leading me to believe he's in Eastern as I live in Central.
But I can't imagine this happening until all of NA is in. So I'm guessing around 3:00 AM for Eastern as it would be midnight in pacific.
KiritoErenMikasa1 votesIf it doesnt come out at midnight and comes out later during the day, meaning they are jibbing us on time when we expect it to be asap. you dont give a specific day on when it comes out and only release it the second half of the day. that would be F'd up
