The Tank fix

Tanks are both fun to play and annoying to fight. After much consideration, I began to realize that tanks seem to win team fights due to their ability to get significant damage. To fix this, I want to to post a thread about giving armor a debuff that lowers a players damage dealing ability per amount of armor obtained, preventing players from just building armor to win a match without skill.

That would utterly invalidate multiple tanks. Compare Nautilus to Dr. Mundo; both build tanky but have vastly different niches. Nautilus has MASSIVE CC but rather low damage; weakening his damage makes him a worse jungle but otherwise doesn't affect him much. Dr. Mundo has great damage, but almost nonexistent CC; weakening his damage gives 0 reason to pick Dr. Mundo then, as the single thing he has going for him (great base damage) is gutted by his necessity to build tanky and makes the other no damage dealing tanks (Nautilus) a 100% better pick due to utility.
