FACTIONS FOR LOL

I think factions would be an outstanding idea for LOL, it would provide rewards such as maybe an ip boost or ward skins or even some skin and banner rewards would be pretty cool, with a leveling system i think much more people would get together, party up, and even in solo blind or draft teamwork would be overall improved with this system, giving people a bigger incentive to stay true to the summoners code and not be ! i think this would reduce the amount of trolling to a fraction of what it is now, and perhaps make a newer in-depth story line, for example- the summoners that control the champions in the game were actually battling all this time for actual land and control over objectives outside the rift such as an alternative to the summoners going to war. Feedback would be much appreciated :) post what you think about my ideas :P
