Shen Update Needed

With the updates of and already e a thing, I really think deserves some love, too. Not only visuals (pretty clunky in-game, imo) but also gameplay.

If you look at the other tanks that are currently strong and in the meta, they all have a clear play style and defined role. But what about Shen? Some skills reward AS bonuses, some reward building health, and some reward building AP. The result is a very dysfunctional champion that does unimpressive damage and is outscaled by every single other tank in the game (whether it be defensive capability, damage, or utility).
