ARAM Suggestion - Make All Champs Available

The dedicated ARAM community is small, and so Riot doesn't pay that much attention to it. That being said, it has a significant problem that could be easily fixed. That problem is that a large majority of lobbies get canceled by dodgers who have multiple ARAM-only accounts (with small champion pools of highly coveted ARAM champs) that they cycle through until they land on a champ they like. There is no reason that ARAM of all things should have queue times longer than challenger solo queue. If Riot were to make all champs available for ARAM only, the entire issue is resolved; what's the point of switching accounts if you have the same chance of rolling an "undesirable" champ? Besides, isn't this a good way to expose players to champions they don't typically play, potentially leading to more skin sales?
