Guardian Angel or Warmog's on Rammus?

So basically, Ive been playing rammus jungle for quite a while building tank in almost every game. My build consists of 3 main core items, thornmail, randuins, and spirit visage (plus the typical jungling item and boots). My question is I have one spot left for an item and I am debating on whether or not I should use Guardian Angel or Warmogs Armor, which should I choose? If there are any other items that may fit in the build that outshines GA and Warm. then please let me know.

GA is, currently, going to always be better than Warmogs.

The extra armor will add to your damage (As Rammus), and the passive will give you a useful second life. The meta right now is highly based on teamfights and assassinations, so Warmog's passive won't be very useful.

In the rare event you face a poke/disengage comp these days, then you maybe could consider Warmogs.
