Who's fault my bad score?

This is not a rage-post, I'm just curious when it's really my fault and when not that I die/lose lane, when it is fair to blame me or myself.

Okay, here are some example:

  • ADC: I was standing alone under outer turret (support wasn't down yet, not really relevant). So I was standing there, and the whole enemy team dived and killed me. My teammates started to flame me. Was it really my fault?
  • Mid: farming and my enemy laner killed me, it is my fault. Ok. But what if the enemy jungler was there? It is still absolutely my fault? Should I just stand under turret and try not to die? Because if I do so, maybe I don't die, but I definitely lose lane.
  • Botlane: I'm adc, having a pretty good supp, we doing fine on lane. But then enemy jungle starts camping really hard us. Our does nothing, 0 pressure. And we lost the lane. Blame on us. Fair?
  • Top: my jungler keeps ganking and dying, feeding my enemy. And after the enemy leads with like 5 kill, I died a lot, lost lane. No one blamed me, but... After the Darius can dive and kill me while I'm with 2500 hp Poppy almost full tank build, I do feel the temptation to blame on our jungler. Would I be right?

Now, I don't ask you to analise these game. I want you to tell me... When it is your fault that you died/lost lane? (If you'd say that: "if you created the opportunity for the enemy to kill you it's your fault" - well, then I shouldn't enter the game? Since you also can die standing in fountain idle.)

All Your fault. When you get the mentality that your deaths are your fault, such they always are, you will find ways to improve. When you look for a way to blame your team mates for what happens to you then you are just finding excuses instead of improving. You can't control what your team does, only what you do. Learn to read the map to avoid situations that currently you blame on your team, since they aren't reading the map.
