Compensation for the coin flip?

So basically every ranked game puts the specific players in the specific team with a more or less specific coin flip. So if you get the player thats going 0/5 in the first 5 mins then leaves the other players of the losing team should get a compensation. This has happened to me 4 times in row and thats the reason i demoted . How is the matchmaking this bad? Its basically imposible for me to keep playing this game knowing that the games are based on a coin flip and there will always be that one guy that wrecks the entire match just because hes not at the same skill level as everyone else. I think all of the players on the receiving team should get a compensation after the resulting ban . Or even better when one player DCes the other players get to control that DCed player or get a power boost or something.
