@Riot why you always try to put Kindred in the jungle?

Ok so in every single patch is constantly getting a Nerf or a change to be just good in the jungle which in both cases give him a weaker position as an ADC in lane. I enjoy playing Kindred in the jungle but no more than Kindred ADC and because of all the changes Riot put is really hard to keep playing in bot lane. In my point of view I hate when Riot try to make some champion to be attached to an specific area of the game but leave some like or be Tank Assassins in top or mid lane.
