@Riot why you always try to put Kindred in the jungle?

Ok so in every single patch is constantly getting a Nerf or a change to be just good in the jungle which in both cases give him a weaker position as an ADC in lane. I enjoy playing Kindred in the jungle but no more than Kindred ADC and because of all the changes Riot put is really hard to keep playing in bot lane. In my point of view I hate when Riot try to make some champion to be attached to an specific area of the game but leave some like or be Tank Assassins in top or mid lane.

Idk, maybe because they were specifically designed for the jungle? That might have something to do with it.

Which goes against stated design philosophy. They insist that they dont wanna enforce a meta or force champions into lanes but clearly this pasy year has shown otherwise.

They were also probably difficult to balance in lane due to that sustain they had.

Because she's designed to be a Opportunistic hunter with short range, which works best in the jungle due to a normal adc bot with low range sucks and a adc top with low range also sucks. Her gameplay fantasy works out best from the jungle and since currently her jungle is still overpowered is what needs nerfs. They aren't going to buff adc Kindred as that would make her jungle broken while still leaving her bot pretty poor.

Also, they already have nerfed Fizz and Ekko multiple times to try and discourage the tankier builds from working as well for damage.
