Clash Tournament Honor Requirement Should Be Above 1 (not 2)

Recently, my account received a chat restriction and honor penalty. I attempted to stop my teammates from arguing each other, but because my comments were slightly negative, Riot gave me the penalty anyway. In my first chat log, I called 
, my teammate, a kid and that he should mute 
, my other teammate, because he wouldn't stop arguing with Fiddle. Because Jax was constantly complaining about the game, I called him a kid again and said that he did nothing better.... In my second game, due to 
's constant negativity towards the team, I told her to shut up and said that she would have 0% winrate if she kept talking. That's the entirety of it, which got me the penalty, and to be honest, although my chat logs were slightly negative, and probably deserves a chat restriction...it shouldn't have rendered me unable to play Clash (my honor dropped to lvl 1)!!
Here's my argument for why Clash should be made available to players like me: I believe that Clash should be made available to players with honor 1 as well. As it is our first time making this small mistake and receiving the warning penalty, people like us still deserve to participate in this event. It's not like we constantly abused the community with negativity. I know the purpose of making Clash limited to honor lvl 2 above is to try to encourage those below honor 2 to climb back up with the right attitude, but since it takes SO LONG, that simply just discourages people (especially those in honor 1) to even try, potentially creating even more negativity within the community. Don't you guys think that... Just because of ONE or TWO slip ups in chat, isn't it unfair to ban them completely from Clash until they earn it back?? considering that they have played 300+ games with sportsmanship and positivity?? It takes around 200 games to re-earn honor 2, and not everyone has time for that!
