five 20 minute queues :c

I just received five, twenty minute queues because of extreme lag and resulting into my pc shuting down and when i manged to finally turn my pc back on league started updating which delayed me even more and now i have a leave buster notice and its just not fair i wasnt leaving my pc shut off and i dont have time to do 20 minute queues i dont deserve this and i was wondering if they could get removed because this is all uncalled for. Please Riot...
