So recently I've encountered two smurfs while leveling up to 30 and they're absolute fucking cancer and the enemy team was trash yet said we sucked when they had some high level prick carry them even when I literally killed every single one of them with one other teammate at their base lmao yet we sucked apparently. Anyways the question is how do I deal with these pricks ruining my game?

The recently and/or frequently banned smurf is someone who won't be keeping their new account for long because they are more toxic towards other players than ever before simply because they lost their main account and their new low level account means less to them than their original.
The smurf who cannot climb past their main's current rank; so, they made a new account just to try all over again is someone who is generally better than silver and maybe even gold players, but their joy ride on their new account is going to be a short lived one. Their MMR will sky rocket and they'll find themselves in the exact same situation as before. Stuck in one place with nowhere to go but down.
The account booster who's using someone else's account to get that account ranked up simply because the account holder is incapable of doing it on their own. These accounts are usually banned before too long, but, before that happens, the account holder gets to have their ultimate wish granted of playing in higher elo games...in which they are utterly destroyed by their legitimate opponents and is found out to have been boosted.
They berate and belittle you because they are nothing more than bullies. They're like the big kid in grade school who was held back a year and decides to take out his failings on his peers.
And like any bully, the best way to handle them is to simply ignore them and report them if and when they break the rules of the game.
