Twitch has been an S tier adc ever since the end of season 6. However he hasn’t received big nerfs like cait, Vayne, or Draven. Is there a reason for it? It seems kinda crazy that one of the best adc in the game isn’t even on riots radar.

And with the supports being as strong as they are in the current meta its hard to put a strong aggression in lane to counter act his mid to late game with supports like Soraka and Sona or anyone with ardent builds. I think he needs a definite nerf to his ult especially
