Season 6 Ranked Q dynamic groups - SOLUTION!

SOLUTION Why cant Riot introduce in game voice chat so when the group of 5 are placed against duo's or solo players, the solo players have a level playing field in terms of communication? Communication plays a pivotal role in league!

I'd just like them to remove the option of a 4 man que and make sure 3 man queues are always paired with a duo queue. Would solve all of the problems imo.
