Whats with the league AI on getting S for mastery 7?

I've been playing vayne for the past weeks doing really good (in my opinion), with Vayne getting kda like 19/4/8 and gaining 3 turrets and 1 inhib as well as literally 1v5 their whole team I even ended the game gaining most gold throughout the entire game ending with 259 cs. Yet I still don't even get an S or S+. I've been getting scored like these and better for the longest time yet it only gives me -S or lower despite everything I do. Not only that, but the only time i got an S after i reached master rank 6 was when i went 6/4/2 with little cs, turrets, or warding. What do you guys think about it?

The thing is Vayne's a hyper late game carry. Now I don't know the average K/D/A of a Vayne that stomps throughout the game, but usually D needs be pretty low (like 3 and lower) on non-troll picks and since Vayne's Vayne, I assume tons of kills are needed for that S. I also don't know what kind of CS you get or how much you ward/ward clear.

You're being compared to other's performances on Vayne. Keep that in mind.

I got 259 cs and warded a lot throughout the game more than 14 wards place i think and i hear i get compared to vaynes in my elo which is silver yet apparently the standards are really high

You are compared to other Vaynes that did better than you... I've seen Vayne to get S+, but she was getting fed from lvl 1, our bot was trolling/ feeding. So the game has to be complete stomp.

Yeah i get that I'm getting compared to other vaynes but im still im in silver and the thing was i got fed before 10 minutes as well getting 2 kills in less than 5 minutes.

Cs and ward placing/clearing are actually really important to the S rank. 100CS per 10 mins is almost a complete requirement. Also 2 deaths is all that is permitted not 4.

I usually get an average of 14-25 wards placed in my vayne games and i ended with 259 cs and I looked at the statistics and i scored most gold throughout the whole game. I just dont really know how much higher i have to get to get just an -s or s

also now that i think about it my friend played lee sin jg and he went 11/4/13 with 1 turret and 202 cs and he got and s so idk if 2 deaths is all that is permitted
