Changes to Urgot to Make him Viable/Wanted More

I have 1 idea to make Urgot a more wanted champion. I like him the way he is but many people complain about the following idea that I will discuss

• 1.) Make his Q apply on hit effects similar to Gangplank Q. It would give him that special something for teams so that he can build items like Frozen Mallet and have more focus on using his W for a huge slow on somebody, making him able to chase the enemy to land his ulti. I see more people build Urgot as a bruiser, and certain bruiser items can't be utilized to the fullest because his Q can apply any on hits, good thing Elixir of Wrath is in the game so we can only imagine what it would be like for his Q to apply lifesteal. I will post a poll below to see if anyone else agrees with this idea, and if it would make Urgot wanted.
