For example Graves,Illaoi,Lux,Tryndamere,Jax,Xin Zhao,Lee Sin,Diana,Ekko,LeBlanc,Brand,Miss Fortune,Garen (for how much damage he does for a tank),anddddd that's all I can think of right now XP

Garen isn't a tank. He's a Juggernaught. Therefore he is supposed to do tons of damage.
