sul needs to ethier be reworked or have th eabilitys work alot fast casue its dumb if u hit q u gotta wait so long to hit it again and the e doesnt even work half the time when u click it. so need a rework or buff the shit out of him.

His E is special because you have to build up the charge before you can use it within a certain range.

His Q is basically a star that explodes...do you really think a Dragon is gonna let a star explode right next to him?

Besides, it's like 1 sec after casting that you can reactivate it.
