lee can do it why cant sion?
This would be completely broken if they allowed that. Sion's ult requires you to aim your rampage in the proper direction to catch people, but if you were allowed to flash while using it there would be 0 counterplay to the ultimate.
i'd rather give him no maximum speed on his ultimate. let it increase indefinable.
If you time the cancel right the shockwave from Sion's ult is actually pretty substantial. It no knock up, but you got teleported down lane and did damage. Thats two out of three. Not bad.
