I swear to god that champ is absolutely braindead, walks on lane and spams Q over and over again while dealing massive ammounts of damage. Its literally the definition of NOT having fun in a game, someone from riot please if u read this just nerf that champ somehow and not another -5 movement speed. Thanks
DuskDaUmbreon3 votesRumble isn't that strong, and -5 MS is a massive nerf. It doesn't look like much, but it always has a huge impact.

That's because all rumbles tools center around being able to keep up with targets. OP lost a game and wants to take away rumbles ability to rumble. Lol.
DuskDaUmbreon1 votesIt's not just on Rumble it's a massive nerf, though.
It cut Lee's winrate by 2% last time it happened, and he's fairly mobile. The entirety of League has a MS difference of ~30, so by dropping 5 points you move down 18% of the range. Or something like that. I'm too tired to actually check my numbers.
Either way, MS nerfs are the largest base stat nerfs in the game period, and always look smaller than they actually are.

They never look small, is just even worse on rumble than it would be on others. Others have gap closers that don't rely on movement speed, rumble doesn't.
There are only a few champs I could see it hitting as hard. Volibear, Shyvana etc.
There's also the fact that rumbles the last champion that needs a Nerf.
Beerstein1 votesAll my wuts...
