Can riot nerf rumble finally?

I swear to god that champ is absolutely braindead, walks on lane and spams Q over and over again while dealing massive ammounts of damage. Its literally the definition of NOT having fun in a game, someone from riot please if u read this just nerf that champ somehow and not another -5 movement speed. Thanks
