Anti troll Idea

I just had to dodge a ranked queue because the pick ahead of me expressed his intention to troll and feed until 20 minutes, at which point he would try to ff, all because his duo partner for some reason wasn't in the queue. I propose a system for ranked solo/duo queue that would allow the other 4 players in the queue to boot trolls if the vote is unanimous among all of the players but the troll in question. It would certainly make dealing with trolls easier, and also make for a more positive solo queue experience. I understand there could be flaws, as is to be expected with a system like this but I believe there would be more good than bad to come of it. Any feedback or criticism is welcome
