Riot, Why not create new summoner rift map themes?

I have really a good Idea that would help match the character map theme backgrounds. For example, Make a summoner rift into a futuristic city map, or another map could be in the winter, lava, or anything. Putting more maps textures in the game could make the game a lot more interesting and it would also help to match the character splash art background themes. I hope this is a good idea. Also you could make the maps optional for players to choose to play in before starting the game. also the map locations, walls, and jungle would be the same as original but different themes. thanks, I hope this changes the games future. thanks.
