Players Who Don't Understand How To Play LoL

So some players these days are just honestly sucky at the game and don't know what it takes to win... these players include the ones that don't know how to group, push lanes, gank, etc... I believe we should be allowed to report them after the game on the reporting box on players who lack experience and have them play against intermediate bot games 3 times and have them play at least one blind pick game. They must win the blind pick game and a grade of at least a B and have them also win those 3 bot games cause those games are also easy to win and if you lose against them it'll be so sad.... So once they finish the task they'll be allowed to play Ranked again and they'll probably improve! C'mon guys! Let's get a lot of views on this discussion and have Riot notice this and maybe we'll get more wins by having the players who lack experience and the ones who don't understand what it takes to win do the 3 bot games and blind pick game( at least a B grade when they win).
