Could Anyone here with lot of experience with eve give me the best rune setup for her currently and items I can build with her, a core build and situational items

I'm not going to call myself an Eve main, but I've played her a lot in the preseason and done fairly well.

I've been running Domination/Sorcery, with Dark Harvest, Sudden Impact, Eyeballs, Relentless Hunter, Celerity, and the Ultimate Hat. A lot of people swear by Electrocute or Phase Rush, and I think those are valid choices too, but I wouldn't go for anything else (Predator will probably develop into a good option at higher elos once its figured out but really dont even consider using it while learning a champion [unless that champ is Hec]) I think the non-keystone runes should be pretty obvious choices. I've seen precision secondary but I don't think its that good.

As for builds, I typically go for item 1402 item 3152 item 3100 item 3151 item 3135 item 3020 . Pretty standard AP assassin stuff. Sometimes I'll switch out something for Rabbadons. Its debatable whether Protobelt or Lich Bane is a better second item, but I lean towards Protobelt because of how much it enables different patterns. Your situational item options are your typical item 3157 item 3102 for defense, item 3041 if you're really fed.
