Solution for in-game afks?

Hi dear Riots ;)

I may have an idea for all the Afk´s in the games. I thought it would may help if there would be a possibility to switch a character while in game. f.e.:

5v5 /3v3

The game is just beginning and already someone is standing at the base. The next 5 minitues, nothing happened.. so what is the rest of the team doing? What about implement a button: "switch Summoner" - within 3-5 minutes a random player (create a solo-queue for this) is joining the game- getting the level of the afk and the champion, to may safe the team. Is this possible? Ihtink it would be grate, becaus eit happens too often someone is just standing at the base, and 4v5 can´t always win.
