While I don't agree that the juggernauts have to be banned, as a Garen main I do miss the days where people were surprised when Garen was played...

Do people ban Skarner?
I mean, I can understand banning one of them if they counter you. Hell, I can understand banning three of them if all three of them are counters to your team.
But that's intelligently using your bans, instead of mindlessly banning juggernauts because "Juggernaut update OP" even though it's a hell of a lot tamer than Atmogs meta.
