Reworks take a long time and Warwick's rework was announced only around the time that the Jeremy Gaming Curios video came out. Expect it probably around next year, but Riot has confirmed that Yorick's rework is likely to come sometime this year and is the next major rework they're tackling. I think after him, they'll tackle Urgot, then Warwick is probably next on their list.

WW's rework is probably early next year. Ryze, Yorick, and the Pre-season Assassin updates come before.

Those curio videos aren't remotely official, by the way. But yes, Warwick in on the schedule for a rework, after Ryze, Yorick, and the Assassin Update.

ww update is going to be a full champion relaunch. there is never any certainty of when a rework of that scope is finished.

even when it gets put on the official champion update schedule they might decide to pull it again, or put other champions in front of it as the rework might just not work out as well as planned in internal testing.

champion reworks like this are even harder than making an entirely new champion, since you dont just have to give him a working and healthy kit in todays game environment, but it also needs to appeal to the expectations warwick players have of such a rework. it needs to keep the identity of the character intact.
