more and more games i join have atleast 1 bot , even afther 3 patches , still nothing has been done . NOT EVEN A NOTE TO REPORT EM ON AFTHER THE GAME. this is very frustrating when clearly you have bullshit systems in place to punish players purely on some behaviour count .. ( yes im sure thats all it is , as i know you TRIBUNAL kids , never even read the in game chat , or look at some data to see if the report is even valid in the first place ,all you do is count the number of reports . and punish actual players for bad behaviour eventhough they are actually pissing off Trolls and ragers by talking to them in more then words like "noob , fuck you"etc ...

BUT no punishment for acounds using BOTS AT ALLLLLLLL , no real report in the report list .... nobody working for riot opening a chat with the BOT reported acound , to check is it is an actual BOT .... NOTHINGGGG , nah , just keep putting alll that community money into prizes , and too big for life parties

BTW , seen some ppl confuse thes bots with the OPTION to play vs bots ( the training bots riot brought us ) ... no no NOOOOO , these are peaple , who install a script that will emulate the riot bots in ( what should be ) full human(alien , nefelim what ever , living beeings ) games .... and afther over 6 months nothing has been done

a blind eye from our fav game company ??? makes you wonder right ?

do you RIOT ppl , even realize that we the community made your game to what it is ???

Cmon now , dont fuck it up by watching stars while you should be watching the ground disapear beneath you , its a long way to fall now RIOT..

i know im not the only one having this problem , see some posts about it , but never rly grabbing any attension at all ... mostly getting responses from ppl thinking its bout the * riot bots * , well its not !!!

its a free game ..... , you can get all champs for free , just by playing alot and saving up IP WHY EVEN ALOW BOTS ???? .,

i put it to you fellow players , afther all the BS , all the patches , all the glitter trown in our eyes , IS THIS STILL OUR GAME TOO ??? , or has riot been bought by microsoft and bots will soon only talk advertizemend aswell ???

RIOT , begging on my knees , please please listen to your supporters ??? , and do something about the "automated script farmers"

i can think of several ways to fight this...

Not sure if this is a real post or not. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say it is:

  1. Spell check is your friend. I went cross eyed half way through the post because of all the spelling and grammatical errors you made. I understand this is a forum and not an English class but people are going to think much less of your opinion if you cannot convey it intelligently (i.e. spell words correctly.)
  2. The Tribunal hasn't existed for years so I have no idea why you are bringing it up.
  3. I haven't encountered a bot in over 6 months. What game modes are you seeing bots in?
  4. If you have a suggestion to fix the problem then you should post it rather than just insulting Riot. People generally won't listen to people who just insult them and offer no constructive criticism. If you aren't part of the solution then you are part of the problem.
  5. I highly doubt people are confusing boting with Riot bots. I think what's much more likely is that most people have had a similar experience to me and don't see any bots in their games.
  6. Just because you have a bot in your game doesn't give you the right to rage, curse or be rude in any other way. Two wrongs don't make a right. It sounds like what you're really pissed off about is getting punished for your own behavior in response to bots.

yes i know my english isn't the best , its not my 1st language ,,, however aparently you were able to understand it , and isnt that the goal of any language ??? ...

ahyhow ,

the tribunal ?? ... dude , you may tell me its been gone for years , but i still see loads of referances to it .. and still my point stands. its a report counting machine . not a judge who can punish ppl.

i have encountered loads of bots and am realy suprised about your ignorance in this problem. i mostly play 3v3 . in the 2 games i played today , : 1st game 2 BOTS , on my team , so im alone vs 3 players , 2nd game , 2 BOTS on other team , the 1 player left the game ( can't blame him/her'

and thats just right now .

it seems to me everyone who I talk to about bots , seem to have the same problems ..

so whats with the BLIND EYES ??

clearly im not alone , and clearly it again is beeing ignored.

rather then atacking me on my gramma , maybe actually see what i was saying ??? ,

and im not atacking riot . im atacking BOTS , and the use of it , if riot afther quite a while still hasn't atacked that same problem , then yes , i can blame riot for it too , becouse it does seem like the problem is beeing ignored.

so again : maybe a BOT report in the report list ???????? followed up by an actual human opening a chat with that acount that has been reported as A BOT. if it turns out to be a BOT , then ban the acount ...

this might all still sound as rage , curse or rudeness by you , but i promise you. it is valid , how can i not rage when the game i've been playing ever since it came out is beeing killed by automated scripts ?

it is funny tho , the way you reacted to my post , is how i see most posts end about this . some trick you got there.

please investigate before you atack this post , yes ofcourse you probably just play ranked , and never see any BOTS .. this is a post for players who did have the experiances i have had . not a post for players telling me their games are all roses TY.

( your point 6 , just lol dude .. that was an example of how weird the reporting system is , not me defending my behaviour . and i think you did know that but just love to twist things around to your own ego lol , thats fine , just dont kill this post if you dont agree . just say you dont agree . atacking me and twisting my words well .. thats forum trolling bud. )

Obviously I didn't understand a lot of your post due to your poor English.

Riot already has a team of people devoted to investigating reports. Just because you keep encountering bots doesn't mean they aren't being punished. I encounter trolls and ragers all the time but I don't rant about them because I know they're getting punished.

I don't play many 3v3s. However, if this is such a huge problem in 3v3 then why not play 5v5 where it isn't a problem. Most of the games I play are normals, not ranked, and I hardly ever see a bot.

Also, using simple statistics the opposing team is much more likely to get a bot than your team is since you never bot. It doesn't fix the problem but it should help you win a lot more games in the long run.

Your post (and your response) come off as very whiny and defensive. Not trying to be rude but you won't get much response to this thread because of your tone. If you had made a positive post with information on how people are exploiting the game and how riot can fix it then I think you would have gotten a lot more support.

I'm done with this thread. Hopefully you'll listen to my advice and take the time to make a better thread next time.

actually China's Tencent Bought Riot Games for $400 Million a while ago, is this what you mean? and how do you know they are bots... i wonder because i have thought a player was abot before then they talked... and i was confused.... so, maybe they are new and not bots?

and wow took how many years to get even a temp ban on some bots.... not sure riot will be countering this one anytime soon sry....

i am interesting in knowing how to tell bots though if you could share

My advice is create a support ticket with the names of the bots and if you have any screenshots with evidence send those along too. I've been lodging tickets with bot names lately..If we all do it riot will eventually do something about it.
