Suggested Change to Varus to (possibly) allow him to be more viable/Better in teamfights
Well, here's my idea. It's only changing one thing in his kit, his passive (and maybe the w). Instead of getting an attack speed boost on kill, he gets an attack speed boost on w proc (increasing with the amount of marks on the enemy) Any thoughts on if this would work?
