All server ping suddenly High in EGYPT please help find a solution

I am from Egypt playing in NA server got an account on EUW and EUNE also suddenly all ping is high in all servers i used to have 170 ping in NA and 65 in EUNE now its 280 in NA and 200 in EU servers is there some changes happening ? its not an individual problem it is happening with all of my local Friends with different service providers ! anyone got any information about whats happening ! or Egypt is the problem ? :D

i have the same problem and it doesnt seem like Egypt is the problem because i have two friends play on NA server and there ping still the same at 180 ms , while my ping increased to 280+ ms.

I did a full Repair for the game and the ping went back to 175 . و السلام عليكم و رحمه الله و بركاته :)
