Server Response Issues

Hi, This is about 3 instance. The first was during champion select. When it was my turn I couldn't select my champ. I would hit the select button and I would hear the sound of selecting, but it wouldn't lock my champ. As a result, I lost a game, which was during series. The second was on the game after that. I get kicked out after champ select so I had to reconnect. When I did reconnect, I couldn't see myself or any of my teammates. I couldn't buy anything from the shop either. So I reconnected again. The 3rd time was in a game after the second issue. 3 games in a raw. I was able to enter the game but during the game around lvl 5-6, I started getting the reconnect bar all the time. I exit the game and reconnect, I shut down my computer and restarted my router, but nothing seems to fix it. I have a good internet connection and I don't think my pc is the problem. The reconnect bar appears at 500ms, and not the often lag which happens at 5k or 10k ms. This has never happened to me before. I don't know if it has to do with the new patch or not.

By the way, I don't get 500ms. I usually play at around a 100ms.

Update: now 4th game in the raw. Another instance, I don't have lag, but every time I engage in an attack(even on minions) I get delayed actions. I walk around fine. I just get delayed responses of everything around me when engaging in a fight. For example, I would see an Xin walking towered me, then when he uses his E I don't see him for couple seconds then he is already fighting me. My health around half. It is so annoying.
