No one think that Neeko is so strong/ob?

Neeko a is so fucking OP. First of all, it got 340 movements at the beginning of the game. Its movement is run fast as most melee champions even faster than some melee champion(maokai，pyke, Nautilus). Its movement let most top champion won't be able to touch her. Secondly, its W doesn't need to cost mana and the passive give ap damage when she attacks. And the W active give she 20%~40% movement and invisible. Third, its E can root people for 0.7s ~ 3.0s. And its ultimate have group control. How a god damn good designer can make a champion have displaced skill, group control skill, stun and root, abnormal initial movement, high attack damage, and invisible skill? Is that the designer has some problem for his brain? Someone has to weaken this champion. At least doesn't let she has 340 movements and magic damage when she attacks.
