Why, Riot, do you continue to ignore our cries and pleas for such a QoL fix for Nautilus?

We just want for his DoT to be in CONTINUAL effect even after the shield dissipates after striking an enemy, along with an icon over the enemies head to display the bleed-out.

Do we need to continually break out our wallets and kneel down for you?
