hello first , im Mastery 7 Sivir and 240K pts and ...... this champ "Sivir " need a BIG Rework, because he is a OLD very OLD champ, ( cost 450 EB ) this Ability: "W" and "R" need rework verry useless AD Carry hhhhh noob champ 0 Attack speed . [slayer-jinx-catface]

Bruh i think he's lying about his m7 and 240k PTS, "W and R very useless" while there they are actually useful in combat, "noob champ" but he has m7 and 240k PTS on her..
