three losses in a row with afkers

can't believe crap like this is still happening on a regular basis. I honestly believe afkers need to be dealt with more severely, especially when they are still in the game and are just standing on the platform. I understand that life happens and you need to step away sometimes but these past three games they have either picked a troll pick and then afked nearly immediately or just stood on the platform after they start losing their lane.
