gypsylord, why do you think players who picks up Grasp of the Undying should be reported?

At the minute 5:41 gypsylord asks Meteos if he reports the players who picks up Grasp instead of Thunderlords, Meteos answer "100%". "Ok, goood" is what the Rioter says.

I know that Thunderlord is pretty OP, but it doesn't mean that I should pick it up always that I play top for instance. What is the purpose for all the other masteries exist if I'm going to be reported in case I choose to play with a masterie that gives me sustains every 4 seconds? If I have a solid strategy, I can have it.

I played once against a GP who picked Grasp, I thought it could be a nice idea and then I replicated it.
