Is Morgana Overpowered?

Generally I am praying that someone bans her, and if she isn't banned I find that her team usually wins. Is it just me, or is she a bit too strong? Her Q is so massively long.

If i were to lay it out in words based o what I know, it doesnt sound that bad at all

which is why I dont understand what makes her such a beast in actual application

dodge Q... simple stuff, minions block em, people dodge blitz pulls and thresh hooks all the time the floor is lava... you're a range caster.. you should be able to cs without stepping on it

I'm assuming you are talking about Morgana in the support role, since that is probably her most common position at the moment.

Morgana's Q is pretty easy to predict and slow moving. Treat it like the hooks of Blitzcrank or Thresh, only less threatening since you can still fight back while snared. Use the minions to block the skill-shot and place ward to keep vision of Morgana.

Morgana's is great against all-in champions who rely on CCing their target (like Annie, Thresh, Leona, Blitzcrank, etc), but she's pretty weak to both poke and sustain champions as long as they can dodge the Q. Her Black Shield doesn't really help against poke or sustain and her W is only really good for gold generation as a support.

I would recommend taking Nami, Lulu, Soraka, Sona, Janna, or Karma against her.
