Is J4 still good in 6.10

I've been thinking about getting J4 with a couple extra bucks i got lying around, but i have no idea if he is still good in 6.10, or what his strengths or weaknesses are.

hes okay as much as every other champion. pretty much like a vi but with easier +/- ganks and can be used on multiple people for some good burst.

I played him 2 times mid lane tank recently and he kept up, he's not godly or over powered anymore since his flag combo hitbox has been adjusted to be realistic.

don't see him at all anymore. not sure if he's good or anything just very rare.
