Please Tell me im not the only one with this problem (Fps Problem)

Hey guys so after the new league update (Patch 7.22) ive had some very bad fps problems. I have a fairly good pc before i was running league of legends max settings 300+fps all the time no problems i have no resorted to using Medium Settings (Not that big of a deal) but not im getting 100 fps in team fights. I saw someone on Reddit say "play on boarder less" that didn't fix the problem either.

My Pc Build is a

Gtx :970 I7 4790 3.60 HZ

Just wanted to know if im the only one with this problem?

I've seen several posts with similar issues. Not sure on fixes or anything though.

well good to know im not the only one having problems hopefully riot fixes it in the new patch. have any idea when 7.23 comes out?

Have you tried turning on lowspec mode or disabling the client during game?

Lowspec mode gets rid of a lot of eye candy like Tarics REALLY particle heavy (w?) armor link, which for me absolutely wrecks my frames from 30 to 8.

Its not about a bad PC. Its about testing to see if it works.

Do you have two screens? If you do, have task manager on your secondary screen and just watch it to see if you spike somewhere.
