This item was the best item to have ever been added. Riot pls bring this item back!
Edit: This item would have to be nerfed quite a bit, like possibly halving the strength of the effects. However, I believe it would be a great item for the pre season.

It's not a good item to add. Early game, it provides enough health and mana to restore ~2/3rds+ of a basic health and mana pool, meaning someone who killed another (and thus got an experience and gold lead) ALSO has enough sustain to be almost full by the time their opponent returns, allowing them to stay in lane and have a massive gold and experience advantage. It makes a snowballing champion very easy to get out of control, as one kill early and they can get a massive advantage to force their opponent to die or b. Bringing an item back because it was a reference to dropping one's genitals onto another's face is not how League functions.
