What urgot ult should be
Grant him mobility in teamfight
- no channel time
- multiple charge
- give stat when ever he use his ult(dmg reduction/ms/tank stat/immune/some shit)

I think it'd be cooler if he took a page from Jinx's book and just shot a bunch of missiles at someone. Like maybe they just shoot out in front of him but if he has a lock on a specific target or multiple targets it will hit all of them.
