Yes, if the damage source is you, then it heals you, it heals you from physical, magical, AND true damage, so even ignite would heal you

yes but is the damage source me? I know it counts minions and summoned pets but do the turrets count as me or a summoned pet?

What I'm saying it doesn't matter

Whatever damage that comes from your champion, will heal you

If you really want to know go into a custom or bot game and try it yourself
