Things that need to change about this game

Hello league community, I am prepared for the 1 million down votes but here goes;

This game needs to change for the average player. As you all know, Riot really only cares about pro play :3 but there are some things that need to change about this game for us casual competitive players.. Maybe some of you will agree with me so here goes!;

1.) If a player afk's in a ranked match, you should lose less LP for losing that match is leaverbuster catches them. It's very difficult to win a 4v5.

2.) If you vote "No" to surrender, you should lose less LP in ranked because you wanted to keep going but your team voted to FF.

3.) Remove banning "None" from the game. This is completely useless. I have no idea why this even exists.

4.) Prevent players from banning a champ that someone is "hovering". This only happens because of 1 of 2 reasons. 1.) the player is very toxic or 2.) the player who banned a hovered champ really wasn't paying attention but honestly, there is no reason to ban a champ that one of your teammates was hovering. This should honestly be reportable for toxicity since all this does is cause tilting in champ select.
