Why doesn't Riot cater for new players!
Always against ranked in normal matches, not fun when you are new to the game.

Everyone in your game is between level 3 and 9?
cuz they aren't gonna teach new players how to play 100+ champs, if you want to practice stuff, bots is great for learning
Why do ranked players play in normal matches anyhow?
I think, it's because there are not enough new players that queue up at the same time. Back when I started playing, I had a good experience pre 30, I was pretty much always matched with new players. But that was 7 years ago.
