cuz they aren't gonna teach new players how to play 100+ champs, if you want to practice stuff, bots is great for learning

To learn champions they arent fromiliar with, or comfortable with playing at their level of ranking. To play a non-meta champion. To have fun, rather than be forced to cookie cut.

I think, it's because there are not enough new players that queue up at the same time. Back when I started playing, I had a good experience pre 30, I was pretty much always matched with new players. But that was 7 years ago.
