"Definitely not another complaint"

So I like the game, I really do, champs are fun, friends are awesome to play with, game is balanced at times, Victories feel awesome, close games feel awesome. I simply hate a good 1/5th of the community. Nothing about their builds or breaking the meta, support, just found out was pretty awesome, went brave didn't dodge a norm let this guy support for me and I was so fed I loved it. is god.

First I want to say, please, please, PLEASE, let me vote on the tribunal it really helps me simmer down, because I feel good in a way doing some sort of justice.

Second, I'm sick of all these smurfs. I'm not sure I've read anything about RIOT doing anything about it? Pretty sure I haven't because if I did I wouldn't be angrily writing this. Smurfs are, In more lenient terms people who are complete douchebags in plat or diamond or even gold, hell any rank really. That either want to ruin every game for people who have just started getting into league, or are people who do terrible in ranked (on purpose) to be placed in low ELO so that they can carry their friend who is also low ELO. The drawback of the system you put in place, where you made it so people couldn't carry their noob friends to a higher ELO. It was smart no sarcasm really, but as I have learned, you guys never actually put a lot of thought ahead and so there is always a drawback of every ounce of good you do, because evil people just love to be evil, and you know there isn't much to stop them.

All that aside, I apologize for insulting you, but really? What do you expect from a guy you have officially bent over, and "stuck it to." You put in a system and don't build upon it, Smurfs rule the day. You can ban a smurf account, you can remove it permanently, but they're will always be more Smurfs. Here is a example. Imagine a Smurf Weed growing in your garden. You want to use that giant lawnmower with its giant engine and giant blades to cut even the tiniest of grass, and look! Smurf is gone! Or is it?! NOPE, Smurf grew back, it looks a little different tho but it grew back, worst part!? When you cut it its little Smurf spores flew about, and now their growing everywhere!!!

You know what you need? To pluck it from its roots, you need to get your hands dirty. Park that Lawnmower, put some gardening gloves on, get on your knees and work hard, because look now RIOT weeds are everywhere.

There is only one way to stop a Smurf from "Smurfing", Computer bans it's a little different from IP bans so let me go into detail. You know how when you want to play league you had to download league? Yea, so your client, should track what accounts you use to log in and out of your client daily, having then marked the accounts flagging the more relevant accounts locking them into that client as their home computer. You can still log into other computers it's not locked, locked. The computer is simply listed as being the place your account is home to. You can even have multiple home computers so if you have one computer then get rid of it whatever new stuff, glorious new stuff, you can now have a second home computer.

Doing this RIOT you have now linked accounts, that's right, you can mark accounts made on the same system as a players main account and the now linked accounts, player's main accounts are now in cahoots with their troll accounts that have been made for just such trolling, and guess what? When they troll, go to tribunal get banned, all that juicy stuff, they can't make a new account, and they definitely can't go back to their main account, because they are all banned.

What about people who go to internet cafes or some place where they pay real money to play on computers. First, if they pay money just to go and troll then they are just sad pathetic sacks of . Second, if they have been using this method to troll for the weeks or whatever, pathetic really, no fear, the account after facing the tribunal will be banned and all accounts linked to it on the home computer are then banned as well, unless they were smart and never used said troll account on the main computer, then never fear hope the 15$~ dollars used that week was worth it. Now your probably thinking, "but wait what if I used some sort of gaming center logged in their maybe once or twice and then someone got banned while having used that computer after me?" Again don't worry your account, having been made on another computer, is separate from them, your account linked to the one on your main computer isn't the same as their account linked to their computer. It has no connection and is otherwise innocent and free from the possibility of being banned by mistake.

Linking accounts made on the same computer can do 1 of many things.

1. Mark accounts for the league system to differentiate how many players are actually playing league, not how many accounts there are.
2. Assist in the problem with Refer accounts, you cannot refer an account if the account is from the same computer.
3. Create a better environment for new players actually playing league for the first time, separating, experienced players with new accounts from newer players.
4. Create the feeling that for the first time, maybe, just maybe, I can play a ranked game without the possibility of getting a smurf/troll on my team, never had that feeling really, its sad, and pathetic. Walking into a ranked game seeing someone type, "losing on purpose so that I can play with low ELO friends," and then being unable to dodge, because you know, I LOSE LEAGUE POINTS WHEN I DON'T WANT TO PLAY WITH TROLLS!!!
5. Because you don't have a system to punish people who apparently, have platinum or diamond accounts,(I call lies because there is no way they are even remotely good.) and then troll to just ruin everyone else' time in a game. (Except for the enemy team they get a free win.)

Simple idea really, it could definitely be built upon to better the community. Simply asking that you take it into account, utilize it even, don't worry it's not copyrighted, use it, please. And if you have read all of this, thank you for taking your time. I would appreciate your support on this matter, cleaning up the community would really help not just me but everyone who wants to play the game competitively during ranked matches, I have no problem with people in norms, but ranked matches are another thing, and this ELO Smurfing is making me extremely salty.
