With new cd runes, Zilian is broken. It is ridiculous that Zilian can revive the tank multiple times during team fights. I will not be playing anymore until this bug is fixed

Bug? It's not a bug at all. Ultimate Hat + Cosmic Insight. If you think that THAT is broken, you should've seen when his ultimate lasted 90 seconds on the target and his W would lower it by 10 seconds on a 4 second cooldown. He could put the ult on an ADC in between teamfights, ult the tank during the teamfight, and then later ult the ADC again for good measure.

His W had a 4 second cooldown, yeah. Still does at max rank with 40% CDR, I think. But it doesn't affect his ult anymore. Remember, this was beta. Everything was dumb. Kayle and Trynd had 10 second ults. But quite possibly the dumbest thing to exist in beta was Twisted Fate. Passive: allies get 8% crit chance just for existing. Q was the same. W was mostly the same, except gold card was AoE. E was Gate, the teleport part of his ultimate, except it was global. Ult was still the global reveal, but it also put a huge slow on everyone. Common strat was to have TF Gate into the ward by bot lane, drop a ward, have people teleport to the ward, and then fuck up the enemy bot lane on their way to lane.
