Co op vs Al or Pvp For Practice.

So I'm fairly new to league of legends and I was wondering should I stick to co op vs al until I get better or find a team and practice with them? Your thoughts and advice will be appreciated.

Play a mixture of bots and PvP. The people you'll run into at low levels of PvP will either be newbies like you or smurfs.(Players remaking accounts who are actually already good at the game)

The problem with bots in this game is they're only good at killing people they know they can kill. What that actually means is bots are only really good at killing people who don't have the ability to keep up with them gold and level wise.

So once you get to the point where you can outpace bots they're suddenly even weaker opponents overall who never really do anything that threatens your win, you also get a false sense of champions threat because bots are better stun lockers than any human.

So play both, also play more of the "beginner" bots than the intermediate ones at first. Intermediate bots tend to be filled with far more high level players stomping bots, even when you Q up into it at low levels. Hard to learn much from those.

Since you're a beginner, stick with bots for a little while to understand basic game mechanics but don,t stay there forever, bots can only teach you so much.

Thank you for the advice, will do just that. I want to make sure I'm really good at playing the game so when I do eventually play in pvp I will be able to support my team.

No, once you'll go in PvP, you'll suck. We all sucked when we started PvP. Don't go in with the false illusion that you're good as you'll still have a shit ton of stuff to learn 'cause as I said, bots only teach you so much. It's an entirely different game in PvP.

Like Kira suggested, you should get down important mechanics in bots. Once you're confident in your capabilities as a particular champion, practice in some blind PvPs. You will run into bad games in blind PvP, it's going to happen one day or another. It's easier to do if you have friends though.

I would recommend finding some friends to play with, just because friends are less likely to flame you for mistakes than complete strangers. They'll only help you learn if they're more experienced, but even if they're not, it'll still be more fun than randoms.

Still learn from bot matches for a while, but friends make AI and PvP matches better.

Thank you, I will take that into consideration. :)

You are just going to have to come to terms with the fact that you are going to get stomped over and over again by smurfs. It's just part of learning the game. Obviously start out with bots and really focus on last hitting. once you are able to obliterate all bots on a regular basis move on to PvP. just slowly focus on last hitting and not feeding. farm under your tower if needed. you'll figure it out sooner or later.
