Not Enough BE per level?

I finally hit level 100 today on my account, and I still barely own maybe half the champions if that. I feel like with all the time I've put into the game I should have a lot more, Maybe I'm just missing something.

I'm not even 60 and have all but like 7 or 8 champions. Only a few were gifted but none bought with RP. How do you not have them all by now?

How many years did you play before they unlocked the levels above 30?

How many years did you play before they unlocked the levels above 30?

Started in Season 4 I think, but I don't play a whole lot of PvP, mostly bots + aram

The difference is that you've been playing since season 4 while other people started off a year or so ago and grinded the level to gain BE but aren't really getting anything. Most pro players are sitting around with TONS or BE cause they already had most champions they wanted/required and don't really need to use the BE but on the other hand it's an upwards struggle to play 200+ games and only unlock 6 champions from what the BE is giving you from playing the game. Unlocking champion shards and having to sell the shard just to buy another champion is a pain because it usually doesn't offer you a lot in the same sense unless it's a champ at 6400.
