5 man int aram maybe 5 mins lose game = 4 tokens
5 x 3 games = 15 mins (4 tokens x 3 loss games = 12 tokens)
15 min = 12 tokens fastest way to gain tokens
12 games = 60 minutes = 48 tokens
46 hours = 2208 and you can buy anything with the tokens
Would take at least 10 minutes per game. Including queue times and champ selection I don't see more than 5 or 6 games per hour
You need to spend at least seven minutes in a match to earn rewards such as XP. It's unlikely that mission rewards are an exception to that rule.

most of your math checks out, but no matter what 5 mins is how long it takes to get t2 tower. and since the enemy team wont spend gold unless they die, they will always have starter items unless you kill them/they suicide.
thus it would last at least 10.
