Leveling and farming botting...

When I started playing LoL, is was a really fun time grinding up all the way to level 30. Saving IP up, buying RP sometimes. Even though I was only around when Ekko came out, I loved playing early levels, just learning. Now I'm still having fun and all, but when I made another account just to try out other champs and builds. I noticed something... very early levels when I was playing against 1-4 bots on the enemy team and 1-3 bots on my team. It's wasnt as fun as I hoped when I leveled up (Im still level 9, I'm trying to do some further research). I played a few ARAM games and they we're the same as when I was playing blind draft. It isn't as fun when I play in these early levels. Having 2 or more bots running down mid lane only to feed. Is Riot going to do something about thid? Or can people just do this?
